Position: Collection Manager

Location: Bihar | Delhi | Haryana | Mangalore | Mumbai | Mysore | Pune (Onsite)

Experience Required: 3-8 Years

We are looking for an experienced Collection Manager to handle our delinquent portfolio, specifically focusing on education loans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high productivity, reducing delinquency, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage delinquent portfolios from Bucket X to 180+ (Education Loans).

- Ensure 99% productivity in Bucket X and maintain low 30+ and NPA (Non-Performing Assets) levels.

- Conduct regular and timely visits for cases that are uncontactable in Bucket X, as well as mandatory visits for all 30+ and NPA cases.

- Maintain accurate data records, review meeting targets, and provide daily feedback.

- Prepare and update daily MIS reports and DRR as per given targets.

- Regularly update payment records in the system and ensure timely collection of EMIs from delinquent customers.

- Collaborate with Credit, Operations, and Sales departments to resolve customer queries and ensure smooth processes.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and legal norms during customer interactions.
