Key Responsibilities:
Client Advisory and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and institutional clients.
- Conduct in-depth financial needs analyses, focusing on real estate as an asset class.
- Provide clients with tailored investment strategies aligned with their risk tolerance and financial goals.
Real Estate Investment Strategy:
- Develop and recommend real estate investment strategies, including direct property acquisition, REITs, real estate funds, and structured products.
- Advise clients on property types such as residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
Portfolio Management:
- Manage diversified real estate investment portfolios to maximize returns while mitigating risks.
- Conduct regular reviews of property performance, market conditions, and investment alignment with client objectives.
- Provide insights on capital appreciation, rental yields, and tax-efficient strategies.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on local, regional, and global real estate market trends and regulatory changes.
- Perform detailed market analyses, including property valuation, ROI projections, and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with real estate developers, brokers, and legal teams to identify lucrative opportunities.
Transaction Management
- Oversee the end-to-end process of real estate transactions, including due diligence, negotiations, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international property regulations.
- Assist clients in securing financing, if required, by liaising with financial institutions.
Business Development:
- Expand the client base by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging referrals.
