- The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for sales, business development and operations of the city. Moreover, the candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long term sales strategy and growth for the city.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategy
- Report sales metrics
- Manage the sales process (lead generation, closing)
- Support and guidance to team members
- Acquire new properties and increase foothold in all micro markets in the city
- Partner with corporates and education institutions to create partnerships for providing rental solutions to employees and students
- Onboard omni channel partners to acquire more customers and properties
- Oversee operations to ensure excellence in customer experience to acclerate referrals and ensure retention
- Train and guide team members and increase productivity at work of the team
- Act as a profit center head
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in hospitality with MBA is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player
- Growth attitude
