Our client is a startup in the area of HR and Recruiting that provides top-notch engineers from Europe and Latin America under a unique transparent pricing model.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

- Making cold phone calls to prospective clients following the script

- Setting online appointments between the prospective client and a Sales Representative

- Scheduling appointments through Gmail & Google Calendar with the client's description

- Responding to incoming requests from our website

- Following up on leads from the sales pipeline

- Filling out performance reports

- Meeting daily goals and KPI

Ideal Candidate

- Opportunity to make a positive impact

- Advanced verbal English to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.

- Aptitude for making daily cold calls (cold call experience would be an advantage)

- Excellent communication skills

- Solid phone skills: the ability to set and close appointments over the phone

- Ability and desire to reach goals

- Willingness to work in the US timezone

- Have the will to win and the ability to not take - no- for an answer

- Basic computer skills are a MUST

- Experience in B2B would be an advantage

- Experience in outbound calls or/and telemarketing in an English-speaking market would be an advantage

- Proficiency with Google Docs & CRM systems would be an advantage
