Job Summary :

We are looking for a talented and imaginative Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design aesthetic, a passion for innovation, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs. As a Creative Designer, you will work closely with our marketing and content teams to create engaging visuals that align with our brand's identity and help drive our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Conceptualization:

- Develop and execute creative concepts for various projects, including branding, marketing campaigns, social media content, and digital assets.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling designs that meet business goals and resonate with target audiences.

- Generate fresh ideas and design solutions for print and digital media, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Graphic Design:

- Create high-quality graphic designs, including logos, brochures, banners, posters, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all channels. Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders while maintaining creative integrity.

Digital Design :

- Design user interfaces (UI) and experiences (UX) for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that enhance user engagement and interaction.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital design trends and incorporate them into projects where appropriate.

Project Management:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.

- Work closely with external vendors, such as printers and developers, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of final products.

- Maintain organized project files and documentation for future reference and use.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work in tandem with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and product development, to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

- Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative strategy of the team.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects. Proven experience in creating designs for both print and digital media.

Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.

- Experience with UI/UX design and an understanding of user-centered design principles.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Preferred:

- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation.

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts.
