Roles and Responsibilities :
- Establish a sales pipeline by meeting and nurturing the leads.
- Responsible for promotion and sales of Products/Services.
- Responsible for promotion and sales of a suite of business Software/Mobile Applications developed
- Responsible for selling customized software solution development services
- Primary Activities are outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up to create well-qualified sales opportunities for the account management team to engage on
- Ability to conduct Online / Face 2 Face Meetings with customers.
- Discover the potential needs of the customer, qualify their interest and viability and create a relationship that will drive their interest in our solutions
- Daily Connections attempts, connections made, discovery meetings booked and appointments and maintenance of minimum 04 business hours appointments to follow-up on inbound leads
- Suggest new product concepts, enhancements, and potential new partnerships.
- Must be able to work as a team, brainstorm to come up with tactics and strategies, but work independently to execute the same.
- Initiating contact with potential customers through outbound prospecting cold calling, or they may respond to inbound lead follow-up
- Once the lead is generated the sold sales lead, the sales development representative will contact the lead to a salesperson
- Ability to understand the offering and suitably pitch the right combination for overcoming the blockers in the sales process.
- Skillfully demonstrates the ability to meet all the stakeholders to impact their understanding of the offering in a positive manner.
- Challenge yourself to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales metrics, forecasts, meeting and call objectives
- Maintain full lifecycle of the sales process from prospecting to closure in the Software / Web Development domain (US/UK/Europe/AUS Market)
Must have :
- Proven record of software sales success in the business-to-business scenario
- Past Sales experience in selling software solutions with a minimum of 1.5 Years as an SDR
- Ability to articulate solution concepts to prospects.
- Strong presentation skills.
- A knack to simplify and explain technology to prospects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organized with the ability to juggle between multiple prospects.
- Willingness to travel and stay for an extended period if needed.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
