Cogso Technologies - Manager - Affiliate Marketing (2-5 yrs)
What will you be doing ?
- Build and manage the US affiliate portfolio
- Own Affiliate marketing P&L for each state, including New Depositing Players, marketing investment and revenues.
- Negotiate and optimize each Affiliate partnership to ensure business objectives and ROI targets are met.
- Collaborate with a wider marketing team and ensure Affiliate Marketing calendar and strategy is aligned with the wider brand and communication strategy.
- Help create, plan and execute affiliate marketing acquisition and retention campaigns to grow the affiliate portfolio.
- Create a strong, ambitious and performance-oriented team culture
- Monitor and analyze results of these campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports
- Work alongside the Data Analyst and Marketing Intelligence team to optimize affiliate marketing performance and investment
- Deliver clear, concise and reliable reporting on all activity to key stakeholders
- Attend industry events and keep updated on industry trends that impact on the program and the business
- Perform market and competitor research in existing markets and assist with the future growth plans and strategy.

- Expertise building incremental revenue while maintaining ROAS goals in retail, subscription-based ecommerce environments, Insurance or Financial Industry
Job Requirements :
- Generate revenue within 90-100% of set monthly margin goals
- Average $100k (approximately) in margin over 3 consecutive months
- If affiliate manager expects to fall below goal, effectively communicate with management what their goal should be and their action plans to improve overall margin over 90 days
- Consistently maintain a diversified portfolio of a minimum of 45 publisher accounts
- Recruit a minimum of 25 new publishers a year
- Maintain healthy profit margins (avg 30% or higher)
- Consistently growing monthly profit margin while diversifying affiliate book
- Use best judgment for daily decisions pertaining to quality, quantity, compliance, payouts and overall traffic viability and performance
- Maintain minimal miscommunication errors or losses due to negligence such as poor judgment with traffic decisions or mismatch of publisher traffic and campaign inventory
- Proactive loss mitigation consistency
- Outreach to new publishing partners, maintaining a diversified traffic portfolio
- Strong knowledge of diversified traffic channels and details included in promotion methods include email, social, display, native, search, PPV and listicle
- Ongoing review and knowledge of publisher traffic, ensuring promotion methods are documented and communicated to sales team and management
