Cogoport - Key Account Manager (2-4 yrs)
Cogoport is looking for a Supplier Relations Manager to drive adoption of our product and to establish processes across supplier interaction. The person would be responsible to build up seamless communication process and should possess excellent relationship building skills.
Location - Mumbai ; Chennai
Responsibilities
- On-board and Develop excellent relationships with Freight forwarders in the region.
- Maintain regular communication with a portfolio of Freight forwarders within the region.
- Development and implementation of forwarder-specific sourcing strategy.
- Procure rate-sheets from multiple forwarders within the region.
- Train the Forwarders to use the product and drive-up the product adoption, ensuring that they leverage the solution to the fullest.
- Gather feedback & provide inputs in improving the product from Forwarders.
- Working closely with cross functional team towards providing pricing solutions to customers.
- Act as an advisory and a rate consultant to key forwarders, ensuring that their expectations are met.
