Cogoport - Executive/Lead - Sales - Insurance - Vertical (4-9 yrs)
The insurance product shall serve as a value added service, for new and existing clients, and be an integral part of our services.
- Partner with insurance companies/ local underwriters
- Develop customized product with exclusivity
- Make short and long term strategies
- Create and maintain procedures for insurance workflow
- Monitoring and develop KPI's for quality, cost/profitability, win ratio etc.
- Allocating, and managing staff resources according to changing needs
- Support and train local sales and operations staff in insurance product.
- Claim support handling pan India
- Sales development responsible (P/L accountability)
- Support function for general insurance handling
- Build a sales and marketing strategy from the ground.
- Direct sales development, commissionable
- Marketing of the product externally as well as internally
- P&L responsible for the insurance product nation wide
