We are looking for :
- We are looking for a sales manager to lead sales efforts and help us expand our customer base through lead generation, sales interactions, and sales cycle management.
Sales Manager responsibilities include :
- The job requires you to oversee and manage the entire sales cycle till closure. You will be the single point of contact for a customer from prospect outreach till order completion.
This includes the following activities :
- Creating and maintaining lead databases for different customer segments
- Setting up the initial meeting with the relevant stakeholders from qualified leads
- Build and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups
- Tackling the frequently asked questions concerning the products, use cases, data security, etc.
- Completing the Sales cycle by getting the Purchase Order and the Agreement signed.
- Identifying the relevant use cases from our product offerings for a particular client and position them accordingly.
- Achieving revenue (MRR) targets.
- Identifying enterprises from different channels, through networking and existing partner networks.
Qualification & Experience :
-A degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent degree from a reputed institute is preferred.
- Upto 3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Account Management (IT Business Analytics sales experience preferred)
- Fluent in Verbal and Written English.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Proficiency in communicating business, technology, and partner strategy clearly - verbally or in written form.
- Strong business acumen, willingness to work hard to enhance his/her business development experience, and demonstrate readiness to take on leadership roles.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills is a must.
- A good attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure and solve problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Strong team player and should possess collaborative and networking abilities.
