A candidate who is passionate about Sales and strives to solve customer problems, has a talent for understanding Technology and pitch our products solution to prospective & existing clientele. You will possess excellent communication skills & domain experience in any two from MFG/ Retail / HealthCare / Telematics, which will add value to the consultative sales process & enable sales outcome.
Responsibilities
- Product Positioning and assisting Sales in Technical and Scope Closure for prospective
Clients and Partners
- Technical skills in areas of NTier Application, especially in conceptualising, discussing, understanding and contributing to solution involving Java/J2ee and .Net technologies.
- Mapping customer requirements with our products and services and solution for customer pain points and pitching the respective product/services
- Delivering Impactful Presentations and Product Demonstrations to the key decision makers from various teams within the clients organization.
- Creating Techno-commercial Proposals and Value Proposition documents & Should be able to lead initial discussions with client from a technical stand point.
- Performing the required Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Scoping for techno-commercial proposals
- Working closely with the Project / Product teams to close the effort estimates, delivery timelines and Infra requirements
- Working with Cross-functional teams to close Clients Technical, Functional, Compliance and Infosec requirements
- Liaison between the Product and Sales teams to deliver any new product features for existing / prospective clients and update the team on Clients feedback of the product and any other market insights
- Experience in selling solutions for software (SaaS), business analytics is a big plus
- A tenacious work ethic that uncovers new business opportunities.
- Must have a stable work history with proven results Demonstrated track record of successful relationship building
- . Basic understanding of ML pipeline and how solutions are deployed and consumed.
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years relevant work experience as Sales/Presales role
- 4+ years SaaS / PaaS, BI, data analytics or related
- Good understanding of minimum two of the domains within Retail/Healthcare/Telematics / MFG are desirable
- Affinity to both sales, technology functions & enthusiastic about "Artificial Intelligence, IoT,GPS and similar technologies" will be big plus
- Strong commercial knowledge, insights of the market and the industry
- Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills including an ability to think on their feet when faced with challenging situations in the sales environment.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Efficient in creating presentation decks and proposal documents and able to effectively articulate through demos & presentations
- Experience in working with startup companies
- Develop and lead go-to market strategy from scratch.
- Bachelors in Comp Science/Engineering or related + MBA preferred
