Location- Hyderabad: 6 days working (Weekends working)
Notice Period- Immediate joiner
CTC- Upto 5.5 LPA (Fixed) + 3 LPA (Variable)
Responsibilities :
- Identify potential business opportunities and target markets. Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends and potential clients.
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to present company products or services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet Weekly Targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of cognico programs.
- Provide personalised attention and exceptional customer service. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing in line with company guidelines. Should complete all necessary sales documentation and follow-up activities.
Skills :
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in a B2C environment is a must .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Edtech Experience is a must.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Familiarity with market research and Lead Generation
