Cogneau Systems - Trainee/Executive - Sales & Marketing (0-2 yrs)
Job Description :
- Looking for an inside sales and Marketing Executive whose main responsibility will be :
(a) Inside sales
(b) Programe Management
The role requires :
- Working together with business development and marketing teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Skills :
- Ability to ask right questions and effectively handle customer objections
- Strong bias for action, ability to work under pressure and deliver on targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, evolving, fast paced startup environment with a collaborative mindset
Key responsibilities :
- Identify, nurture and turn leads into qualified opportunities generation
- Continuous suspects database creation
- Research and blueprinting accounts in terms of decision-making hierarchy
- Prospecting via multiple channels - Phone, Email, LinkedIn etc.,
- Leads generation & qualification
- Online as well as in-person demo with sales perspective
- Engaging Leads through stages of sales funnel via conversations on all channels
- Regular follow ups and CRM updates
- Give insights to marketing team basis conversations with prospects
- Support marketing team in executing email/phone/social media campaigns
Experience & Qualification Required :
On Inside Sales (80% - Time Split) :
- Lead Generation for VERDIS product portfolio through Database acquisition/Tele-calling, LinkedIn, Customer meetings etc.,
- Follow up calls post sending Edm / Newsletter etc.
SaaS platform/Cloud Solution Partner management (20% - Time Split) :
- Initiate discussion with SaaS platform companies (Amazon & Microsoft) for Partnership programs
- Coordinate & get required contracts signed post aligning relevant stakeholder
- Discuss & execute Co-sell programs/GTMs
- Manager the Account relationship
Mine & En-roll Solution Partners :
- Initiate research in Market & find out relevant Partners who can sell VERDIS product
- Initiate signing of Partners
Qualification :
- MBA (preferably with bachelor's degree in any technical stream and 0-2 years of work experience).
