Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers in the Australia.
- Introduce and pitch services to generate interest and close sales.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.
- Understand customer needs & address their needs effectively.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Document all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts and provide feedback on market trends.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitors' activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential customers.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a call canter or tele sales environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively close sales.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and address objections.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of calls.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using productivity tools.
- Knowledge of the product or service being sold and the ability to articulate its value proposition.
