Job Description:
Customer management : Pre and Post-sales
- Product Presentation and in-depth demo of various modules at client premises.This will involve visiting various client premises regularly.
- Active involvement in protecting existing revenue streams.
- Regular customer visit and interaction with client.
- Proactively engage, train and guide customers for increased usage of the product.
- Active involvement in value chain and seek feedback from client to improve the services and help in product development.
- Maintain MIS of all the activities and timely submission to the management
Skill Sets:
- Customer service or support background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Relationship development and management
- Finely tuned ability to anticipate and respond to reactions from clients
- Ability to deal with potentially confrontational situations with patience, diplomacy and tact, and to drive them to resolution
- Ability to thoroughly carry out, review, and report on all aspects of the work
- Organized and detail oriented
- Should posses basic computer knowledge
