Cofounder - Sales & Marketing - B2B Product Startup (5-15 yrs)
Seeking a Co-Founder to join our product startup.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and execution of the company's strategic plan, ensuring it aligns with market trends and business objectives.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to drive revenue growth and expand the market.
3. Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
4. Drive innovation in our offerings, leveraging AI, digital marketing, and influencer marketing to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
5. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and objectives, and deliver customized solutions to exceed expectations.
6. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics, positioning our startup as a thought leader in the field.
- We pivoted from a B2C marketplace to a B2B product.
- You will be a core team member and will support the business growth of the startup. We are currently a four-member team. The product will be ready to market in about 6 weeks.
