We are looking for :
We are looking for a high impact Business Development person with strong network in the IT industry both in India and abroad. The person must have proven credentials of having driven enterprise sales in the IT domain. The person must be entrepreneurial, go-getter and should have the mettle to drive our entry into the Indian and global markets.
Key responsibility :
- Taking company's 'Contingent sourcing solution' to the market by on-boarding a few productive clients
- Identifying and implementing strategies for driving enterprise sales in both domestic & international markets
- Leading the Business Development team by setting high levels of performance benchmarks through one's own performance (and not being just managerial)
- Being aggressive, innovative and opportunistic in finding every possible business opportunity.
Desired Profile:
- Prior experience of handling B2B/enterprise sales in the IT industry.
- Deep understanding of the dynamics of enterprise sales and ability to navigate the same.
- Ability to guide the BD/Sales team to deliver consistent performance.
