Job description:

Tele calling Freelancer .

We are looking for a dynamic "Male & Female" Executive

We are seeking dynamic and motivated freelancers to join our team as Tele callers. As a Tele calling Freelancer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote our products/services, generate leads, and secure appointments or sales. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, have excellent communication skills, and are self-driven.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients/customers using a provided list or database.

- Introduce our products/services to potential clients/customers and provide information about features, pricing, and benefits.

- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the needs and requirements of potential clients/customers.

- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services and address any questions or concerns raised by prospects.

- Generate leads and schedule appointments or sales meetings for our sales team.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies for lead generation and conversion.

- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and self-learning.

- Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

- Ability to engage with potential clients/customers in a confident and professional manner.

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.

- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to making calls.
