COEQUAL Services - Executive - Customer Care/Support (0-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- The coustmer care Executive plays a vital role in promoting products or services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships over the phone. This role requires effective communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally. Tele calling Executives typically work in call centers, sales teams, or customer service departments.
Responsibilities :
Outbound Calls : Make outbound calls to potential customers or leads to introduce products/services, explain features and benefits, and generate interest.
Inbound Calls : Answer incoming calls from customers, address inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues they may have.
Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, market research, and data mining.
Sales Pitch : Present and explain the value proposition of products/services to potential customers, highlighting how they meet the customers' needs.
Customer Engagement : Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and suggest appropriate solutions to address those needs.
Product Knowledge : Possess a deep understanding of the products/services offered to answer customer questions accurately and persuasively.
Follow-Up : Maintain a follow-up schedule to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
Data Entry : Record and update customer information, interactions, and outcomes accurately in the company's CRM system.
Targets and Metrics : Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, call quotas, and other performance metrics.
Script Adherence : Follow provided call scripts while also adapting conversations based on customer responses.
Objection Handling : Address customer objections and concerns effectively, striving to overcome resistance and hesitations.
Upselling and Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing customers.
Feedback : Provide feedback to the management team on common customer questions, concerns, and suggestions for improvement.
Professionalism : Maintain a professional and courteous tone during interactions to ensure positive customer experiences.
Time Management : Efficiently manage call time to maximize productivity and meet daily/weekly targets
- Good Communication Skills (Spoken and Written)
Languages : Kannada , English is Mandatory
