Coditas - Inside Sales Role (3-8 yrs)
As an Inside Sales Executive at Coditas, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying leads for our comprehensive software services portfolio. Your focus will be on connecting with decision-makers in various industries to promote services like Generative AI, Data Science, DevOps, and Digital Transformation, as well as our UX Design Consultancy and Software Product Development capabilities. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to create and nurture opportunities in key markets, including the US and Europe.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Proactively identify and research potential clients across industries like Healthtech, Martech, and enterprise B2B/B2C sectors.
- Use tools such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound calls to build a pipeline of qualified leads, focusing on services such as Generative AI, Mobile and Web App Development, DevOps, and Big Data.
Client Engagement:
- Engage potential clients to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how Coditas' services, including Digital Transformation and AI/ML, can provide solutions.
- Coordinate meetings between prospective clients and our sales teams for further discussions.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and leads in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work in sync with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop effective outreach strategies and ensure alignment on lead qualification.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets by actively pursuing opportunities in sectors like Healthtech, Martech, Fintech,
Consulting firms and software product development.
- Develop and refine strategies for improving lead conversion rates.
You should have
- 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development, ideally in the software services or IT consulting space.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with global markets such as the US and Europe, and understanding of services like Generative AI, Data Engineering, DevOps, and Digital Transformation.
- Basic knowledge of software development services including UX Design, Web & Mobile App Development, Big Data, Machine Learning, Cloud, and Software QA/Testing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical services to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools to manage and track leads.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
