- We are looking for a Growth & Partnership Associate who is passionate about this role.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for competition, growth and partnership programs in the US.
- Responsible for monthly acquisition of users from partnership programs in the US.
- Own Leads, MQL & SQL for the US region.
- Drive coding competition with schools & coding clubs in the US.
- Land new sponsors for Codingal campaigns in the US.
- Drive workshops with schools, coding clubs and kids boot camps.
- Identify, recruit and organise marketing programs with like minded b2b partners, vendors and affiliates
- Create weekly pipeline for recruiting and onboarding new b2b category partners and vendors
- Manage and report marketing budgets for the initiatives
- Monitor weekly traction on the user funnel and take proactive steps to meet the targets
- Work on multiple tools and CRM like GA, Hubspot & Redash to manage and audit data on a regular basis
- Conduct programs to drive acquisition and retention of users leveraging organic channels, competitions and partnerships.
- Drive user acquisition and engagement for building the Codingal community.
- Responsible for workflow automation, drip, and data management.
- Build long-term relationships with partners to ensure recurring campaigns and order booking.
To be successful in this role, you will have to be :
- Ambitious, self-driven, and highly motivated individual who can fit well in this role
- Flexible to work in night hours to cater to the US region
- Excellent communication, cold calling, negotiation, and presentation skill
- Independent with the ability to work with details in a fast-paced environment
- At least 1-year experience in Partnership/Marketing/Sales roles
Salary : CTC - 6LPA
Location : Bangalore (onsite)
