The in-house Placement Cell of Coding Ninjas is hiring full-time counsellors, who can build and maintain relations with our students, and understand what it is that they need to get to their goals.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Responsible for the progression of each student and getting them placement-ready

- Building and maintaining relations with students, understanding what they need to achieve their goals

- Working on the company's internal and external dashboards

- Calling students and working with spreadsheets, documents and PPTs

- Evaluating their resumes, online profiles (LinkedIn, Github, etc.)

- Post new opportunities on our portal and job boards

Who are we looking for ?

- A quick learner, confident and high on energy

- Someone with good communication and coordination skills, empathetic and convincing traits

- Someone who has a tremendous sense of ownership and bias for action

- Has analytical thinking, problem solving capabilities

- Proficiency in resume writing, profile building is a must

Additional information about the role

- This will be a work from home opportunity till the situation gets a little better. Post that you may be required to work from our office in Gurgaon as per the situation.

- There will be two interview rounds as part of the selection process

- Immediate joiners are preferred
