Coding Ninjas - Student Counselor/Relationship Manager (1-2 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The student counsellor is required to help students resolve their queries and ensure the learning experience is hassle free. He / She should be patient, empathetic, and communicative.
- Needs to maintain documentation of all queries, coordinate with internal teams for the queries and ensure that they are resolved in time.
- Needs to manage on-boarding of students. Ensure that students have access to required courses.
- Needs to build and maintain relationships with the student, understanding what they need to achieve their learning goals.
- Needs to ensure that the feedback cycle of students is maintained and take actions based on the feedback.
- Create and maintain trackers: track the student's performance on a regular basis. Guide the students to complete their schedules within a specified time frame.
- The student counselor will be required to communicate on a regular basis with customers via calls, messages, Slack, and email.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent skills in MS Office, Documentation, Advanced Excel eg. VLookUp.
- Customer Satisfaction Focus: Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking
- Project management: Remarkable detail orientation for making accurate trackers
- Database management: Quick query response and resolution.
- Competent time management skills
- Self-motivated
