Roles and responsibilities:

- Understanding the value of digital influence or a digital influencer themselves. Whether on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or other platforms, you will create relationships with content creators and work with them from negotiation to posting.

- Test new ideas, manage your own projects and budgets, always looking for new ways to grow the number. You will use your analytical skills daily by analysing results of your initiatives, learning from each action and generating new hypotheses to be tested.

- Identify, recruit, onboard, train and manage brand influencers across social and digital media platforms.

- Implement engaging influencer and brand ambassador campaigns using research, competitive analysis, brand standards and social/digital media best practices.

- Track results of influencer and brand ambassador marketing with brand engagement and lead generation metrics.

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns

- Develop content ideas and write and curate content

- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns

- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers

- Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills

- 3+ years of experience as an Influencer marketing specialist or similar role

- Analytical ability

- Experience with digital marketing

- Excellent written, communication and customer service skills.

- Adaptable to changes and shifts in strategy and best practices.

- Highly motivated self-starter committed to producing exceptional results and helping to shape the future of our influencer marketing efforts.

- Exemplary customer service skills.

- Excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

- Previous experience with influencer and brand ambassador marketing.

- Previous experience with social media for business.
