Community Manager
We are looking for a qualified Community manager to join our company who can help us build, grow and manage our company's online communities. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills. You should be a - people person- with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications. Roles & Responsibilities
- Create the biggest Student Tech Community in India
- Set, plan and implement campaigns and strategies
- Monitor, track and report on reviews and feedback captured from the student community
- Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Devise and implement community communication initiatives.
- Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.
- Attend networking events or relevant industry workshops.
- Organise and manage events to boost brand awareness and venture in new territories
- Build relationships with students, industry professionals, and university administrators
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
- You should have an outgoing personality
- Experience planning and leading community initiatives
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
- Knowledge of online marketing- and social media is a big plus
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
- Should be passionate about Education Field / Student Community
- Willingness to work around the clock
