Coding Ninjas - Customer Service Role - Chat Process (0-1 yrs)
1-Should have great Written Communication Skills.
2-Be a quick learner
3- Displays good confidence and takes complete ownership of the tasks assigned
4- Should display patience to understand student needs and counsel them to buy appropriate courses relevant for the student's career.
5- Should be comfortable with Rotational 9 hour Shifts as per the process requirements. Current process timings are 10 am to 12 midnight
6- Should be comfortable with Weekly Off on Weekdays ( Monday to Thursday) as no weekend offs are possible in the process. It is a 6 day working process.
7- Candidate should be minimum Graduate in terms of academic requirements.
8- The Selection Process will include 2 interview rounds and one written assessment.
Immediate joiners / Short notice joiners preferred.
9-Should asks direct relevant questions : As Probing questions help move the conversation forward and can surface issues
10-Should quickly identify pain points/ Understands Trigger Statements so as to help effectively over chats
11-Should provide concise Information
