Job Overview :

1. An in-depth Performance Management role where you are responsible for Onboarding, handholding and lay off of the Campus Ambassadors

2. Active participation in the recruitment process to ensure hiring of the best candidates from your region and meeting the hiring targets

3. Motivating the Campus Ambassadors to be actively participative in tasks, organising webinars/workshops in their college and bringing referrals and registrations. We need someone who is highly motivated, self driven and focussed towards his targets and works really hard to achieve them

4. Your performance would be evaluated basis how rich of a Campus Ambassador Community you build specific to the Southern region, bringing in the best of people from the best of colleges
