Why are we here?

We are looking for Admissions Manager for Career Camp Team. This is a sales profile, the incumbent will be responsible for driving all the endeavors around bringing in admissions to the program.

Roles and responsibilities : 

- Lead and scale the sales efforts and drive admissions to the program

- Lead the Tele sales calling team

- Day to day management of the sales process and related tasks

- Identify opportunities for driving sales and sales process efficiency

- Devise tactical and strategic plan of action

- Execution of these plans

What we are looking for ?

- Sound business understanding

- Good People Management skills

- Hands on Sales knowledge and/or intent

- Sense of ownership and bias for action

- Analytical thinking, problem solving capabilities

- Basic Data handling skills, knowledge of working with data

Additional information about the role:

- This will be a work from home opportunity till the situation gets a little better post that you may be required to work from our office in Gurgaon as per the situation.

- There will be three interview rounds as part of the selection process
