Codilar Technologies - Executive - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads and prospects through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals etc.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand their business needs and pain points.
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding client's requirements and presenting customized solutions to address their challenges.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations and proposals to showcase the value and benefits of our services.
- Collaborate closely with the internal teams to ensure a clear understanding of project scope, timelines and technical requirements for accurate proposal creation.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, IT managers and decision-makers.
Requirements :
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of leading ecommerce platforms and subsequent Tech stacks along with latest industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify and address customer objections and concerns.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities and pipeline
- Exposure to sales in overseas markets such as the Middle East, North America or Europe will be a plus.
