We are hiring for Business Development Executive (BDE/ Online Bidder) to join our team.
Requirements:
- Responsible for online bidding on Upwork
- Must be good in proposal writing.
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and attending industry events.
- Understanding and obtaining the need of clients.
- Fluent English communication (Written/verbal)
- Ability to achieve targets
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Proficiency in using online freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or others is essential. This includes understanding how to create a profile, search for projects, submit proposals, and manage communications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including building reports with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
