Codeyoung - International Sales Specialist (0-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Weare seeking a motivated and experienced International Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding English communication skills, with a preference for those with a foreign accent, and a proven track record in BPO sales.
- Sales Execution : Drive sales growth by actively engaging with international clients and prospects to promote our services.
- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Communication : Deliver clear and compelling sales pitches and presentations to clients.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management team.
Requirements :
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- 6 months to 1year of experience in a BPO sales role. Freshers are welcome to apply
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written with an advantage for candidates possessing a foreign accent. Willingness to make effective cold calls and generate leads.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
