- We are looking for a full-time inside sales representative to join our growing team! You will convert pre-qualified leads into new customers and turn existing clients into repeat business. Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities :

- Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the customer's needs are met

- Encourage potential customers to buy premium products and close the best possible deal

- Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again

- Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers

- Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or master's degree

- Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills

Inside Sales Representative Compensation :

- The CTC offered is INR 7.36LPA (INR 4.36LPA is fixed and INR 3LPA is the variable paid out as incentives on monthly basis)

- First 2 months is the training period during which the fixed pay will be INR 20,000. Perks of working with us:
