Job Summary :
- We are looking for motivated and well-spoken Business Development Manager's/Executives to join our team of go-getters. To be successful as a BDM/BDE, you should be able to build an instant rapport with the customer/ clients. You will be showcasing the unique way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for customer/client satisfaction & smooth process to meet and close sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Plan & Execute promotional, marketing campaigns as well as strategies for the company
- Generate new leads for the business.
- Initiating phone conversation with clients.
- Following up with the prospect and closing the sale.
- Diligently communicating with the client through channels like Email, WhatsApp, SMS and Calls.
- Responding promptly to queries.
- Maintaining records of client interaction and feedback.
- Achieving sales target within a well-defined sales cycle.
Requirements :
- Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA
- Previous experience in related sales positions will be preferred. Fresher's who have passion for sales can apply too.
- Keen interest and understanding of the education sector will be preferred
- Exceptional communicator & influencer who can deliver sales pitch like a charm.
- Result driven with interest in target centric jobs.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to multitask.
