About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Sales Intern. This is a paid internship opportunity where you will be compensated through a commission-based structure. You will gain valuable experience in all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect for new leads through various channels, such as email, phone calls, and social media.

- Qualify leads and identify their needs to ensure successful closings.

- Develop and deliver compelling pitches tailored to each prospect.

- Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners.

- Generate and prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records.

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Proven track record of success in sales or a related field.

- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Proficient in CRM and other sales tools.

- Passionate about learning and continuously improving your skills.
