Codejudge - Growth Hacker (1-2 yrs)
We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Rockstar to take the lead in developing and delivering successful, long-term digital marketing strategies and programs that drive the growth of Codejudge.
What you'll love doing
- Craft and optimize the complete digital marketing experience for Codejudge
- Take ownership of digital marketing strategy; from big idea generation to execution, ongoing optimization and reporting, across priority channels like paid, social, display advertising, referrals and remarketing
- Traffic creative and partner closely with internal teams to develop and optimize ad creative and landing pages
- Strengthen and enhance our marketing attribution and reporting capabilities to effectively measure digital marketing's impact on key metrics
- Educate the team on emerging digital trends and marketing opportunities, serving as a thought leader for digital innovation
- Be dynamic in your approach and adapt your skills to drive team targets, provide data-driven insights and feedback to enhance customer experiences
Who you are
- Someone with a strong sense of urgency, exceptional organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects; this is a dynamic and fast-paced role!
- You have experience in B2B digital/growth marketing, preferably at a startup company
- You have a deep understanding of advertising KPIs and how to evaluate channel performance
- You have a good understanding of SEO fundamentals and experience driving organic business results
- You have hands-on experience with Google Adwords, Facebook, and LinkedIn paid media platforms, retargeting platforms, and Google Analytics
- Someone who can quickly immerse themselves in startup culture - can quickly adapt to change at a high speed pace, is data-driven, and can be fully ramped to be on top of our digital marketing initiatives!
