Job Description :
- The Marketing Manager will lead the digital marketing strategy of the company.
- You will be the primary resource in developing the strategy and executing digital marketing programs that align with the company's growth objectives.
- You should have a good understanding of web and mobile technologies, and should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Your proven experience in developing, executing, and analyzing a multitude of digital marketing programs will be critical to your success.

Responsibilities :
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
- Look after social media presence across all channels
- Create Posters and Marketing collaterals for Digital Campaigns.
- Develop a website traffic plan and create goals to meet, Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability
- Create, maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars
- Maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging.
- Update and manage company blog and social media (including regular posts, news etc)
- Management of analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Set up and build out of paid media channels accounts, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Twitter, Bing, LinkedIn, etc.,
- Provide keyword research and analysis.
- Review landing pages for keyword optimization
- Monitor campaigns, budgets and performance, Develop and employ monthly email marketing campaigns
- Analyze click-through rates, conversion rates and relevant KPIs.
- Track campaign performance through daily pacing reports, weekly analysis reports, and monthly budget allocation reporting
- Produce monthly campaign reports
- Track the ROI of paid channels and optimize the process.
Required skills :
- Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing.
- Should have a strong technology background
- Excellent knowledge in - SEO, Email marketing, Landing pages, graphic design, internet research and generic computing skills.
- Working experience on Analytical Tools & designing tools like Adobe Illustrator / Canva etc.
- Experience of working in fast paced environment and Start up culture
- Good Communication Skills - Verbal & Written & creative approach towards Digital Campaigns.
- Has an experience of playing Individual Contributor role
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is a bonus.
