CodeElan Technologies - Sales Development Representative (4-6 yrs)
Requirements:
- SDR that does 100% outbound
- All hunting for prospects (not nurturing inbound leads)
- We are looking for someone who is driven and loves to reach out to prospects by phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Needs to be fluent in English, and be able to communicate by phone and email.
- Passion and a demonstrated track record of success with calling is required.
- Either experience as a SDR in SaaS, and/or field service
- Experience in SaaS + field service (https://www.smartserv.io/) would be perfect, just for sales
- Expectation is to book 8-10 demos/week (32 demos/month)
Comp would be base salary + commissions
- Immediate joining or short notice period candidates will be preferred
- Work from home
- Expected to have their own home office setup (laptop, microphone etc.)
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Canadian/US time zone
