Coddle Technologies - Manager - Business Development (6-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and achieve company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and industry events. Build a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Lead and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for the company.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Use insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development efforts with company goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and outcomes. Provide regular updates to senior management and recommend improvements.
- Develop strategies to retain and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements :
- Experience : Minimum 6-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of achieving growth targets and driving revenue.
Skills :
- Strong understanding of business development principles, sales processes, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans and meet or exceed performance goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools.
