Coddle Technologies - Manager - Business Development (5-10 yrs)
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Your Role :
1) Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
2) Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
3) Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
4) Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives.
5) Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
6) Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
7) Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
8) Build long-term relationships with new and existing customer.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR :
- Experience in handling International Markets.
- Must have 6+ years of experience in IT Sales ( Web & Mobile Apps).
- Candidates who worked in IT Sector- especially in service-based sector with open source technologies.
- Proven sales track record.
- Market knowledge.
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
- Team working skills and collaborative approach to work.
- Strong communication skills as our company only dealing with International Clients.
