Role : Business Development Executive
Qualifications : Any Graduate (Preferably in IT or Business/Computer Science streams but any graduate with proven industry sales experience is welcome).
Experience : Business Development in IT: 2 Years (International Sales)

Skills :
- Should have knowledge in digital/IT Sales /pre-sales/Lead Generation/Customer Support.
- Must be dynamic and sales-target oriented.
- Must have good business analytical skills for client project requirements understanding.
- Should have a knowledge/experience in Good Presentation and proposal posting.
- Should have knowledge/experience in Price Negotiation.
- Should be excellent at communication skills (written and verbal).
- Should have a Positive attitude and be a Team Player.
- Should be able to make reports and presentations.
- Should be interested in writing blogs/forum.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Revenue and profitability growth.
- Identify of newer opportunities every day and build predictable pipeline of opportunities
- Use Tools for Lead Generation and update in CRM in real-time.
- Take care of Complete Life Cycle of Lead and build deep and long relationship with clients.
- Engage in conversations with customers/prospects to introduce IT Sales(Web2 & Web3)
- Identify various customer / prospect personas, including decision makers and influencers.
- Work jointly with relevant teams for demo, POC, technical-commercial discussions and closures.
- Responsible for generating service revenue.
- Communicate proposed solutions effectively and share technical commercials to the prospects, when required.
- Be aware of competition's offerings.
- Relevant experience will be a value add.
- Should be polite and courteous in your behavior and communication.
Collaboration And Up Sell :
- Collaborate with inside sales, manager, pre-sales and service delivery teams to cross-sell, up-sell, and co-sell managed services.
- Lead Generation, Prospecting, Drive demos, POCs and Pricing plans with clients /prospects.
Learning :
- Continuously learning various products and technologies is essential to be effective in customer conversations.
- Learning will help you asking customers / prospects relevant questions and understand their business needs better.
Other Operations :
- Update CRM in real-time.
- Maintain customer records.
- Be courteous and prompt in email and verbal communication.
- Track achievement against target and update management team on a daily & weekly basis.
- Participate in weekly review calls.
- Ensure ZERO customer overdue.
- You must not compromise at all on integrity.
Personify organization's work culture.
Knowledge :
- Knowledge on IT Sales/Tech Savy is preferred.
- You should be a fast learner.
Software Tools :
- MS Office, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email communication, CRM, Lead Generation Tools.
- You should be well-versed with Lead Generation, Market Research & Data mining.
Package & Joining :
- Package will be at par with the industry standard.
