Job Description :
- Schedule meetings with Clients and Agencies to generate business.
- Maintain the enquiry sheet/monthly records of briefs generated, business closed and revenue generated
- Maintain and grow business with existing clients and get new clients on board.
- Understand the client's requirements accordingly provide innovative solutions measures
- Monitoring market activities and market trend (competitor's activities).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development in the event industry with enough knowledge about various kinds of Corporate Events, BTL Activities & MICE
- Command over sales and marketing to assist the Production, Operation and Creative Team to execute the activity smoothly.
- Person must be passionate about sales and Achieve sales targets
- Provide customized event solution to various clients
- Person should be able to make detailed presentation according to client's requirements.
- Prepare detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
- Act as a single point of contact between for the clients.
- To provide timely feedback to the internal team and make sure appropriate revisions are made to the concepts, estimates, creative designs art works for closure of briefs/business.
- Experience in Event/ Advertising industry is a must.
- Measuring and ensuring the scale of business including the revenue and profitability targets.
- Identifying and networking with new accounts, generating business from the existing accounts, achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
- Willing to travel in city and outside city.
