Cobold Digital - Executive - Client Servicing (1-3 yrs)
We're looking to bring on-board a dynamic professional to handle client communications and get work done! The individual should have unbelievable energy and optimistic attitude towards getting work done. Very good command over English is a pre-requisite for the job. Prior experience is not really required, however, an innate ability to handle situations and people is mandatory.
Some clients we serve currently : MakeMyTrip, NSDC, GoIbibo, Usha, Observer Research Foundation, Dabur Group, Max Group, Varun Bahl, Vasundhra Jewellers
Services we provide : Website Design, Development & Maintenance, Digital Marketing Campaigns, Social Media Management, Web Application Development
Routine tasks for the job :
- Seek, process and execute client requests and orders.
- Answer queries regarding services, processes and if required direct them to the account manager.
- Assist clients to use the websites and keep them updated about new features launched.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of services.
- Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction, product/ service usage etc.
- Collect feedback and resolve client complaints.
- Maintain client relationships.
Skills Required :
- Good command over English is a must.
- A background in client servicing is preferred.
- A technical background will be preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack of pre-empting situations and dealing with them.
