CoachingSelect - Executive - Cold Calling (1-2 yrs)
As a cold caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of generating leads and sales. You will work closely with the sales team to identify target markets and develop strategies for reaching potential customers.
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Introduce products or services to potential customers
- Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with potential customers to answer questions and provide additional information
- Use a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track calls and leads
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and lead generation quotas
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies
- Continuously improve cold calling techniques and strategies
