Role
- Market & client information Research through Social Media, Google, etc for prospects.
- Researching related products
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Follow-up Out-bound calling to leads in coordination with Business Development Team.
- Maintain detailed record in the Sales Management System.
- This could include presentations to Marketing, IT and Product departments and will require meticulous planning and proposal writing.
- Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business, is a key
- Will be involved in pitching and presenting our products and services to businesses/banks at senior levels.
- This could include presentations to Marketing, IT and Product departments and will require meticulous planning and proposal writing.
- Your main area of focus will be to generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
- Involves scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirement and on sales follow-up activities.
- It does not involve field job.
