Job Description
- Creating and implement digital marketing strategies for key accounts
- Handling content creation and delivery for the campaigns of key accounts
- Identifying the needs and expectations of the brands as well as the business
- Acting as a liaison between clients and the agency
- Conceptualize, develop & execute Social Media campaigns a per clients' need and business/brand requirement. Managing day to day operations such as content & creatives
- Handling Digital presence (Social Media, Website Management, SEO, SEM & ORM) for multiple brands
- Defining Brand Objectives (if not defined already). Conceptualizing & executing innovative campaigns on Social Media to ensure the Brand/Business Objectives are met
- Ensuring the operations are not only running smoothly but also creatively.
- Monitoring plans and campaigns
- Creating a 'client-agency equilibrium' to ensure both the parties are comfortable with each other & are in a mutually beneficial relationship
- Up-selling various services that the agency offers
- Paying careful attention to budgets & profits, resources, deadlines and client & team happiness
Skills Required :
Obsession in using technology, Ability to Visualize & Inspire the Design & Operations Team, Ability to manage a team of Digital Media Executive & inspire them to exceed their expectations. Have performed exceptionally in tactical situations, People Appreciations for the brand during management, Client Appreciations.
