CMS Infosystems - Assistant Manager - Banking Sales (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
1. We are looking for candidates who have handled BANKS as clients.Deepen, Enhance and manage the existing Customers- Tender making experience is mandatory
2. To manage existing clients by providing solutions for their Card requirements. This will involve understanding their existing rates and terms and proposing a well defined solution. Up selling and cross selling of card services, sending proposals and following up on orders
3. Managing / servicing existing client relationships and bring in new relationships through referrals/ active solicitation. Resolution of customer queries & complaints. Client interaction will be on e-mail/ phone.
4. Ensuring monthly generation of Bills on time and timely collection of payments.
5. Ensuring co ordination with internal teams like Finance, Operations, Legal and IT for timely resolution of customer complaints/issues
6. Should regularly visit client premises for efficient account management activities.
