CMS - Assistant Manager/Executive - Customer Relationship (2-6 yrs)
Please find below JD for the post of Customer Relationship Executive.
- Prime responsibility is to act as an Single Point Of Contact to the customers.
- Addressing the customer queries & escalation through mails & phone. Effectively working towards closing the queries raised by the banks.
- Responding to existing customers business inquires to ensure it converts into a deal
- Educating the branches new process & constant follow-up with the respective branches to ensure the work assigned is getting completed as per the SLA & Process.
- Effective interaction with the branches to ensure operations are running smoothly
- Ensure Billing & Collections are done on time for existing customer
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer by regularly interactive with them & supporting them in resolving their issues
Requirement
- Graduate in any stream
- Proficiency in English
- Customer Service orientation
- Experience in providing customer services to corporate will be an added advantage
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
