CMR University - Content Coordinator (3-6 yrs)
Job Description:
- Maintaining records of all publications and broadcast materials produced by the University
- Communicating project briefs, campaign requirements, collateral needs, etc from various stakeholders
- Creating, managing and overseeing content schedules
- Developing reports for clients, vendors, management and teams.
- Meeting with marketing and content directors of other departments
- Updating databases with key information
- Organizing and backing up files
- Researching industry-specific trends and current events
- Monitoring competitors and suggesting best practices to follow
Roles & Responsibilities at CMRU :
- Coordinate with 20+ departments to collect, collate and curate content requirements.
- Handle all internal and external communications for the CMRU Content Team.
- Maintain records of Content Team tasks, comms, requirements and deliverables.
- Hold meetings with various department coordinators to ensure open and reciprocal communication.
- Monitor and record all team meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish a line of to and fro communication with various heads of departments for ease of delivery of collaterals.
- Populate details of all CMRU stakeholders, assets, campuses, teams, departments, faculty, management and leadership.
- Ensure timely updation of changes, additions, omissions on the CMRU website.
- Communicate with external vendors to enable coordinated and seamless hand holding.
- Backing up all data and intellectual property of the Content Team and CMRU.
