CLXNS - Manager - Marketing (3-5 yrs)
The individual should be a go-getter, self-starter, articulate and detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Brand Development, promotion, and market position of the Brand in B2B Space.
- Devise innovative growth strategies & implement them successfully
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities.
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
- Develop & manage the designer and external agencies for Brand marketing and market campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Handle customer feedback survey and actions based on the results.
- Monitor & Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Enable extending business with existing customer base, new customer acquisitions, new territories.
- Research and execute key aspects of the campaign such as audience research, account structure, etc.
- Analyze media campaigns to develop, execute, test, and report on paid media strategies with actionable next-step recommendations,
- Budgeting & Planning, Forecasting (Brand Positioning and Market Operations).
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Key skills:
- A Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience across startups, fintech preferred
- Strategic thinking in sales and the ability to multi-task.
- Drive and initiative, self-motivated, results, and action-oriented.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, fluent written and verbal English both interpersonally and in an analytical/technical business setting.
- Strong presentation and discussion of facilitation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, Communication and negotiation skills
- Having the finger on the pulse of the evolving business needs
- The ability to thrive in a fast paced, result-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility whilst retaining business disciplines.
- An organized individual, with excellent time-management skills who is able to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
