CLXNS - Manager - Digital Marketing (5-6 yrs)

Here's What You Got to do:

- Managing Digital Media planning across social, Programmatic and E-commerce platforms.

- Develop digital media plans and approach basis consumer insights and digital media dynamics.

- Work on Media Strategy & Planning for various brands

- Define campaign KPIs.

- Create and enhance cross department relationships that drive them to deliver exceptional performance with best effective ROI.

- Research and execute key aspects of the campaign such as audience research, account structure, etc.

- Analyze paid media campaigns to develop, execute, test, and report on paid media strategies with actionable next-step recommendations


- Maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.

- Execute bidding strategies across brands from various industry verticals, helping to create a roadmap of initiatives to enable defined objectives & KPI's.

- Devise A/B tests to drive continuous optimization, bringing learnings in to future campaign activities.

- Measure and analyze results. Regular reports on what is working, what is not and propose adjustments to strategies and tactics.

- Understand organizational and product goals and map them to specific project deliverables.

- Partner with other digital channels to align overall strategy and message.

- Responsible for managing marketing spend to ensure budgets are spent accordingly without under/over-delivery.

- Review campaign performance.

- Implement digital & social media marketing plans and ensure flawless execution.

- Work closely with the departments on a day-to-day basis to ensure optimization of the campaigns both from an audience as well as creative optimization standpoint

- Facilitate development of team members through on - the-job coaching and initiate developmental training

- Work in a cohesive manner with internal stakeholders.

- Experience in handling multi brand digital clients across categories

- Keeping abreast of current industry communication / media thinking

- Strategic innovation & creativity skills, excellent presentation skill

- Analytical skills - both qualitative and quantitative

- Team Leader and positive attitude

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work independently and build own strong team of Digital Marketing

Desired Skillset & Qualification:

- Minimum 5 years- of digital media planning experience
